What Sets Us Apart
Before the Collective, there was the crisis.
I didn’t set out to build an organization.
I set out to build a safe space, because one didn’t exist when we needed it most.
I watched Black women, loyal, visionary, community-seeking women, get taken advantage of, talked about, and tossed aside.
All because they dared to ask questions.
All because they wanted answers, clarity, care.
What I witnessed wasn’t just toxic, it was traumatic.
What was supposed to be “sisterhood” became a trap.
A space created by our peers, built on insecurity, power-hoarding, and fear.
And I couldn’t stand by and watch it happen again.
So I listened.
I wept.
I gathered the pieces.
And I built The RARE Collective — not just as a sanctuary, but as a correction.
This is for every Black woman who was told she was too bold, too honest, too questioning, too much.
This is for the ones who stayed loyal while being labeled disloyal.
This is for the ones who had to build their own table after being disinvited to the one they helped create.
We are RARE.
Not just royal, but rooted.
Not just ambitious, but anointed.
Not just hurt, but healing.
Not just gathering, but growing.
This Collective exists to protect what was lost, and to restore what we’ve always deserved:
Safety.
Power.
Sisterhood.
Legacy.
This is how it started. But it’s not where it ends.

Our Core Initiatives
The RARE Collective (TRC) is a sacred initiative under The RARE Place Inc., a nonprofit built by to strengthen the lack within our communities.
TRC exists to restore what the world tried to take: our softness, our strategy, our sisterhood, and our stories.
RARE is more than a name, it’s a code:

A global sanctuary for Black women who
lead, heal, build, and rise.
Who We Are
This Isn’t a Club. It’s a Covenant.
We are a sacred response to a system that failed Black women.
The RARE Collective is an initiative under The RARE Place Inc., created to restore what was lost, protect what was sacred, and rebuild what was broken, starting with us.
We are Black women who lead, love, and labor, often invisibly. This space was born from betrayal and built on boldness. We are here to make sure no Black woman has to question her value again, not in leadership, not in business, not in community.
We are not waiting for equity. We are creating systems of restoration.
